Serve more customers without hiring at the same pace.
A managed security provider sells attention: every customer expects its alerts read, its incidents worked and its reports on time. ApexAI carries the routine triage and investigation for each customer in its own isolated workspace, and gives your operators one view of what needs a person across all of them.
Status: Preview Multi-tenant triage, the cross-customer operations view and read-only EDR and SIEM onboarding run in preview; acting on a customer’s systems stays proposal-first and is enabled per customer.
The provider’s problem
Each new customer brings its own SIEM layout, its own EDR console, its own naming habits and its own definition of normal. Analysts switch between consoles all day, and the work grows roughly with the number of customers. Hiring keeps pace for a while; then quality slips, response times stretch and the noisiest customer takes the attention the quiet one needed.
ApexAI changes the shape of that curve. Routine triage and investigation are done by the platform for every customer, in every customer’s own context, and the people on shift see a single queue of the decisions that need them, ranked by risk and urgency, whichever customer they belong to.
What ApexAI gives a provider
One console per customer
Each customer is its own workspace with its own data, cases, approval rules and audit trail. Isolation between tenants is a design rule and is tested.
One operations view over all of them
A unified view for platform operators lists what needs a person across every customer, highest risk first. The most urgent items are never capped, merged or hidden.
Work happens in the customer’s workspace
From the shared view, an operator opens the right customer’s workspace and acts there, under that customer’s rules and audit. The overview never writes on a customer’s behalf.
Different SIEM layouts, same detections
ApexAI learns how each customer’s logs are laid out, so the same triage and investigation work across differently configured SIEMs, with field coverage measured per customer.
Signals across customers
An indicator seen at two or more customers, or a known-exploited vulnerability shared between them, is raised once for the operator, without mixing the customers’ data.
Feed health you can trust
Every source shows whether it is fresh. A feed that has stopped never shows as healthy, and a customer with silent logs is flagged instead of looking quiet.
Onboarding a new customer
01
Connect read-only
Connect the customer’s SIEM and EDR with read-only access. For multi-tenant EDR consoles, each child account is read separately.
02
Bind to a workspace
A platform operator binds each source account to the customer’s workspace. Until that binding is confirmed, the data is visible to no one.
03
Discover
ApexAI checks feed health, takes an inventory of the logs, learns asset roles and builds each entity’s normal pattern.
04
Observe
Triage and investigation run next to your analysts, and the two are compared on the customer’s own cases.
05
Step up
Capabilities are switched on per customer, one at a time, on evidence from that customer’s results.
Built for the trust a provider carries
- Tenant binding fails closed: an unbound or disputed source is shown to no workspace.
- Connectors to customers’ security tools refuse write calls in code; response is prepared as proposals.
- Every action on a customer’s systems needs approval under that customer’s own rules, with an audit record.
- Customer names and identifiers stay in the platform’s database, never in shared reports or notices.
- Runs on your infrastructure with local models by default, so customer data is not sent to an outside AI service.
Questions
Can one customer ever see another customer’s data?
No. Each customer is a separate workspace, sources are bound to a workspace by a platform operator, and anything unbound or in conflict is visible to no one. The cross-customer view is for the provider’s operators only.
Do we need to standardise every customer’s SIEM first?
No. ApexAI learns each customer’s field layout and measures its coverage, so you can onboard customers as they are and see where a missing field limits what can be checked.
How does this help us scale?
Routine triage and investigation are done by the platform for every customer, so analysts spend their time on the decisions that need judgement. Growth in customers no longer has to mean the same growth in headcount.
Can we start with one customer?
Yes. A typical start is one customer in observe mode, so you can compare ApexAI’s conclusions with your analysts’ before switching anything on.
